Pupi

Terms of Service

Last updated: July 13, 2026

These terms govern the use of Pupi, a dog health diary operated by Luca Panzi. By creating an account you accept these terms.

Not a medical device

Pupi is a tracking and organization tool: it does not provide diagnoses, veterinary advice or treatment guidance. Information recorded in or shown by the app is in no way a substitute for the opinion of a veterinarian. Always consult a professional for any decision about your dog’s health.

Your account

You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for what happens through your account. You must be at least 16 years old. You can delete your account at any time from settings.

Your content

Photos, documents and records you upload remain yours. You grant us only the technical licence needed to store them and show them to you, your household members and the people you choose to share them with via links.

Acceptable use

Do not use Pupi for unlawful content, to infringe the rights of others or to attempt to compromise the service (unauthorized access, scraping, intentional overload).

Service availability

Pupi is provided “as is”, with no guarantee of continuous availability or freedom from errors. We may change, suspend or discontinue features; should we shut the service down, we will give you reasonable notice to export your data.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damages arising from the use of, or inability to use, the service. Nothing in these terms limits mandatory consumer rights.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms; material changes will be flagged in the app. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance.

Governing law and contact

These terms are governed by Italian law. For any question write to luca.panzi95@gmail.com.
